Administrative Technician (Records) - Town of Truckee, CA ($25.50/hour to $34.43/hour)

The Town Clerk Department is looking for an individual to join our mighty administrative support team with experience or a strong desire to learn about municipal records, excellent customer service skills and the technical skills to administer software packages LaserFiche, SiteImprove, Archive Social. This position handles filing, responding to public records requests, electronic filing, and maintenance, expansion of software used by the town for records and social media (including website) support, and the development, implementation, and staff training on the Town-wide Records Management program. The ideal candidate utilizes Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe and PowerPoint to perform their job. The ideal candidate will also work well with individual responsibilities that accomplish team goals.
