The Town of Truckee Clerk Department is seeking a highly motivated full-time Administrative Technician to perform a full range of administrative duties in support of the Clerk Department, the Town Manager and Town Attorney.

Job Duties include: Handling administrative assignments for multiple departments. Serving as a recording secretary to committees and boards. Drafting contracts. Researching and analyzing data for special projects. Preparing grant proposals and monitoring grant activities. Assisting in the preparation of brochures, articles, and outreach materials. Editor and publisher of the Talk from the Town newsletter. Review and process Housing program applications. Assisting with Town event planning and execution. Creating and posting updates to the Town website and other social media sites. Assisting with departmental budgeting and purchasing. Helping with early voting and elections. Writing reports.
