We are seeking Advertising Project Coordinator in our downtown office. In this hybrid role, you will be gathering deliverables and navigating campaigns through the appropriate channels to ensure on-time fulfillment, maintain communication with the sales team and clients, & to problem-solve any post-sale execution challenges. The right candidate is a self-motivated, pro-active, team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Bonus points if you have an above average knowledge of digital platforms and/or digital creative best practices. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required. Experience supporting a sales team including lead generation is preferred.
Job Duties Responsibilities: Daily digital art review to ensure best-practices are followed. Submit spec creative requests to share with reps/advertisers. Manage post-sale processes for our advertising clients. Support our Account Coordinators & Sales Teams in relation to fulfillment – ordering confirmation, asset requirements, rate integrity, deliverables, etc. Ability to identify & research new business prospects from multiple sources. Communicate leads as new opportunities to the sales team Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in with varying personalities and leadership levels. Enjoy working in a team environment and helping others succeed. Excellent operational, problem solving, time management and project management skills. Requires the ability to communicate clearly, follow up on commitments in a timely and thorough manner, and question conventional thinking.
