Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
The Bozeman Office of Rudd & Co. is seeking a detail-oriented administrative assistant/ receptionist with exceptional telephone and computer skills, knowledge in accounts receivable and loves working with people. Applicant must be personable, professional in appearance and demeanor, mature, organized, and efficient. Applicant must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook, able to multi-task, handle multiple phone lines and able to take directions from multiple people without complaint. This is a demanding position. Applicant must be reliable and will be required to work from 8 to 5 Monday through Friday without distraction. Applicant must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be insured. Daily errands outside the office will be required (mileage will be reimbursed). This is a full-time (36-40 hour/week), permanent position with a large, demanding CPA firm. Duties will include but not be limited to, assisting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, mail, ordering supplies, filing, and general office duties. Familiarity with accounting firm terminology a plus. Candidate must be motivated, resourceful, and have a positive disposition. Pay is based upon experience. Prior experience in a professional office is a plus.
