Le Moyne College, Registrar Office, seeks a full time Student Records Specialist. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining the accuracy of student records with the Registrar's Office while upholding policies and procedures set forth by the College. This responsibility requires a thorough understanding of FERPA, Le Moyne's student information systems, and the general operations within the College to also manage communications, documentation, etc. received and provided by the Registrar's Office. Candidates must have Professional demeanor and ability to interact will with others in a fast paced operation and advanced word-processing skills and database experience, including Microsoft Office, and proficient in Excel.
