Responsibilities
In this new position as Accounts Payable Onboarding Specialist, you will join a great team that works hard to accomplish common goals. The person in this role will have the opportunity to work with our leadership team to define processes and practices that support our growing business. In this role, you will focus on onboarding new dental practices by transitioning vendors to new method of payments and new billing addresses. In addition, you will own the delivery of all A/P functions, ensuring the timely and accurate processing and payment of invoices in a high transaction volume environment. This person will provide white glove customer service to our doctors and office managers. Given that we are an acquisition-oriented business, this role will be working in a growth-minded environment, integrating new practices into Imagen portfolio each month. This role is heavily partner and vendor facing, and good communication skills are paramount.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable roles experience, in a high transaction volume environment
- ERP Software experience in Sage, SAP, Great Plains, Acumatica or other comparable ERP systems.
- Must be well organized, self-motivated and willing to modify processes to meet company needs.
- Understanding basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Superb time management and detail
- An associate degree, preferred.
