This position is responsible for monitoring and apprising the agency of relevant social media as it relates to the programs and services of DRTC. The Webmaster will work to ensure activities are consistent with the mission and goals of the Agency and contribute to an enriched quality of life for individuals served. This position will coordinate both internal and external online communications while enhancing the image and visibility of DRTC, its businesses and its programs to the community The Webmaster does not engage in contractual nor public policy alignment with any federal, state or local department or organization without the specific authorization of the ED & agency board. Payroll Coordinator Responsible for processing all payrolls and related payroll payables for the agency. Assists with various accounting functions and fiscal affairs of the agency while complying with approved agency policies. Maintains confidentiality regarding status of individuals, protected information of staff and individuals and matters pertaining to the administrative functions of the agency. SALARY: D.O.E. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of goals/outcomes for individuals through paid and unpaid vocational training and related activities to assist individuals in learning the meaning, value and demands of work. Coordinates and mediates with other Coordinators as necessary to insure smooth communication and achievement of the goals and outcomes for the individuals and program. Is knowledgeable of funding requirements and regulations through the Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS), the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA), US Dept. Of Labor (DOL) and other funding sources as they pertain to individuals in the program. WAGES: $13-$15/hour DOE QUALIFICATIONS: * A minimum of two years' experience working with people with disabilities with physical/medical issues required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. * Supervisory experience preferred. * Base knowledge and articulate regarding the field of Developmental Disabilities and geriatric supports. Administrative/Customer Service Support Specialist Primary for DRTC Framing customer correspondence from start to finish ensuring customer orders are completed promptly and accurately. WAGES: $12-13/hr. DOE QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or High School Equivalency (G.E.D., HiSET, TASC), some college preferred. * Working knowledge of general clerical/reception duties, business procedures, and filing * Must be able to multi-task and be productive in a high demand environment * Ability to type 40+ wpm * Effective oral and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills * Proficient computer and office skills * Experience with computerized databases (Excel, Access) preferred * Customer service orientated * Ability to manage multiple phone lines and answer with a smile in the voice * Proven planning and organizational skills required * Able to maintain professional confidentiality and have a good working knowledge of business procedures * Able to learn all aspects of picture framing components. Assists program participants to identify work interests and skills; identify potential work opportunity; obtain employment; train to the work setting and maintain employment. Skills being trained will vary depending upon the needs of the individual. Length of training time will vary depending upon the skill being trained and the individual's skills and abilities. Must be computer literate, ethical, and able to work independently. Paid training provided and hiring bonus for required DDS training & certifications.
