Clinical Program Manager
Develops, maintains, and manages clinical programs; ensures provision of quality services by program staff; supervises, develops, trains, and coaches staff in line with department values and clinical philosophy of the Colusa County Department of Behavioral Health.
SALARY RANGE
$6,179—$11,188 per month plus benefits

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:
BOTH LEVELS:
Masters degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field
A valid State of California driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
Licensure as MFT, MSW, LCSW as required by the Board of Behavioral Sciences or licensure as a Psychologist as required by the California Board of Psychology
Three (3) years direct clinical experience. Two (2) years direct experience with program of specialty.
LEVEL II:
Two (2) years of increasingly responsible experience in the clinical management of Behavioral Health and/or prevention programs
