Project Manager
Child Advocates of Nevada County seeks a full time Program Manager to manage the Healthy Babies Home Visiting Program in Nevada City, California. Home Visitors offer parenting advice, resources, and support to reduce incidents of child abuse and neglect.
Duties include: supervision of program staff, contract/program compliance, data collection and reporting; collaboration with community partners; quality assurance; and fidelity to the Healthy Families America (HFA) program standards.
Minimum qualifications include: Master's degree in public health or human services administration or fields related to working with children and families, or Bachelor's degree in these fields with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
A solid understanding of and experience in supervising multiple staff.
Administrative experience in human service or related field including experience in quality assurance/improvement.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory and managerial role at a social services agency or related organization.
