Administrative Assistant
Antioch Christian Church is a fast growing multi-site church whose mission is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. We are currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our staff at our Marion Campus.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
- Must be computer savvy with proficient typing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, mailing, copying, collating.
- Experience working for a church preferred.
Hours:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 8:45 AM to 1:00 PM
- Tuesday - 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Flexibility to work additional hours, as needed
Experience: Administrative Assistant:
- 1 year (preferred)
Rate of Pay:
- Competitive hourly wage
