Behavioral Health Services Director
Behavioral Health Services Director - Alpine County Behavioral Health Services Director, Behavioral Health Services, Salary Range U10 ($9,492-$10,477)/per month Under general direction of the County Administrative Officer will function in a lead role with supervision of administrative and clinical staff, and will work to ensure that services are delivered in a manner consistent with the principles of the Mental Health Services Act Plan; other duties as assigned. This is an at-will exempt position.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: 100% FTE in a five step salary system with advancement upon satisfactory completion of a one year probationary period and annual increases thereafter.
Health Insurance: County provides medical, dental and vision coverage for employee and dependents with co-payment by employee dependent on family status.
Vacation: Accrued at the rate of 6.67 hours per month, or 10 vacation days per year.
Administrative Leave: 80 hours per year at 0-10 years of service
Sick Leave: Earned at the rate of 8 hours per month.
Holidays: 15 paid holidays per year.
Retirement: Participation in the California Public Employee Retirement System (PERS), 2% at 62 plan New Members
Deferred Compensation: the County has a voluntary deferred compensation program.
